The APMG PPP Certification Program® Foundation Level certification is aimed at individuals who are involved in PPP projects and require a working knowledge of the key principles of financing PPP projects. The Foundation exam tests whether a candidate has sufficient knowledge and understanding of the PPP Guide to act as an informed team member of a PPP finance project. The Foundation certification is a pre-requisite for the Practitioner certifications
The APMG PPP Certification Program® Foundation Level examination tests whether the course participant is able to demonstrate an understanding of the established procedures, roles and institutional responsibilities that determine how the Government selects, implements and manages PPP projects, as outlined in the PPP Guide, including terms used, Process sequences and roles involved.
