PT Penjaminan Infrastruktur Indonesia (Persero) is once again presenting INCoTalk as a forum for sharing knowledge across divisions. This time, the topic is the Incremental Capital Output Ratio (ICOR)—an important indicator used to assess the efficiency of investments in driving economic growth. Through this session, participants will be introduced to the concept of ICOR in a simple yet practical manner, including how to calculate it, how to interpret its value, and its relevance in the context of infrastructure development and KPBU projects.

This initiative aims to broaden the horizons of PII staff, strengthen data-driven project analysis, and encourage collaboration in making more strategic and efficient decision-making regarding guarantees. By understanding ICOR, PII staff from various divisions are expected to enhance their analytical capabilities and integrate economic indicators into a more integrated and evidence-based approach to their work.
