About
Course Overview
The PPP scheme is one of the instruments of creative financing that can overcome the limitations of the state budget in supporting infrastructure development. The Indonesian government has attempted to encourage the involvement of the private sector or business entities in a form known as Public Private Partnership or PPP. PPP is a form of strategic cooperation designed for the public interest in which part or all of the infrastructure provision uses resources from business entities.
